3. Using YourSenior

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YourSenior for personal educational and mentorship purposes only.

4. Payments & Plans

All pricing and available plans are listed on our website. We may revise plans or pricing at any time, with updates reflected on the site.

4.2. Refunds

Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our internal review. To request a refund, contact yoursenior.mentorship@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Content Ownership

All platform content — including course materials, session recordings, mentor content, brand assets, and digital materials — are owned by YourSenior or its respective mentors.
You may not copy, resell, or publicly distribute any materials without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:
• Communicate respectfully with mentors and peers
• Avoid posting or sharing any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Follow community guidelines and maintain academic integrity

Violation of these may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

7. Disclaimers

YourSenior provides mentorship and educational guidance, not guaranteed results. While we strive for quality and accuracy, outcomes such as academic scores or admissions are influenced by individual effort.
The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourSenior is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities, data loss, or academic outcomes.
